Hello Everyone,

It's with a heavy heart that I report that Lieutenant Commander Sotra has chosen to step down as Executive Officer of the Saratoga and is taking a well-deserved break from online roleplaying for a while. Saratoga and 16th Fleet are a family and there will always be a place for Sotra and her player within our game and fleet.

I am pleased to report that Nixon and I have spoken at length and he'll be taking over as Executive Officer during our next mission: Audacious. I am also excited to announce that we have a pending Chief Engineer who will be joining us in about 4 weeks once he's out of school.

Things are looking up for the Saratoga and I'm excited to have each of you as part of our adventure!
